Commission Sales Account Manager

About the Job: As a Commission Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities within the technology and finance sectors. Additionally, you will manage existing client accounts, providing them with excellent customer service and coordinating with various teams to facilitate transactions seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and sourcing new leads
  • Pitching prospects and scheduling meetings
  • Onboarding new clients and assisting with account setup
  • Managing existing client accounts
  • Coordinating with investment and IR teams, as well as contract brokers
  • Active social media posting and blogging to generate insightful content

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, with a focus on performance and competition
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our specific sales style (reverse selling & social selling)

Job requirements


    • 5+ years of sales experience in the tech and/or finance industry
    • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
    • Valid Ontario driver’s license
