BIM Modeler/Revit Draftsman

Are you a skilled BIM Modeller/Revit Draftsman with a passion for architectural design? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team in the UAE. As a BIM Modeller/Revit Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the architectural design process, creating detailed 3D models and precise 2D drafts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting 3D architectural modeling and 2D drafting and detailing with a focus on coordination.
• Collaborating with design teams to ensure complete design coordination, including reviewing, commenting, and responding to RFIs.
• Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive project coordination.
• Generating detailed models and drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and architectural shop drawings.
• Modifying plans to align with project requirements.
• Creating customized Revit families and effectively modeling architecture and structures.
• Generating sheets for all stages of submissions and exporting files into various formats.
• Managing a team and documenting working progress for all consultant BIM coordinators.
• Updating models and drawings in response to changes in design and material approvals.

Additional Information:

Immediate joiners available in the UAE are preferred for this position. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education required: Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch/ITI.
• Minimum experience required: 3-8 years of experience in Revit, with at least 2 years of minimum GCC experience.
